The main objective of the PROVULDIG Program is to “serve as a centre for the exchange of knowledge among investigators and as a reference point for young researchers who want to orient their academic careers toward the field of communication and vulnerable audiences”. This has been fully achieved in the first Implementation phase (18 months) of the Program of Activities. The activities carried out by the 5 research groups of PROVULDIG correspond to each of the 6 specific objectives of the Scientific-Technical Program as follow:

Objective 2: “The creation of networks for the analysis of the vulnerable situation of children on Internet and social networks”. Group in charge: GICOMSOC. Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

Objective 3: “Observation and dissemination of factors that promote inclusion and social participation of young people through social media” Group in charge: PARTICYPAD. Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

Objective 4: “To act on changes caused by access to content on the networks in areas related to the family and school, fostering domestic authority and guiding school education to social entrepreneurship and innovation.” and Objective 6: “Promoting the scientific journal of social communication known as “DOXA Communication”. The objectives of mobility and internationalization have also been achieved thanks to interaction with foreign groups, participation in international associations, and the dissemination in English of much of the scientific results obtained.
